I helped a friend out with this new podcast series with singer/songwriter types. The first episode will include most of the members of local band Bazile Mills, and Jared Burton who happened to be in town from California. Jared is traveling the country via train and managing to cram in as many gigs as he can along the way.
Bench Sessions will be an interesting project to follow.

Omaha’s Hidden Lake Trail.
Trying to get that quintessential shot of my home town of Omaha, Nebraska. This was another failed attempt, but the background images I took from my phone are interesting to look at.
Some shots from my last excursion to go see the sandhill cranes near Kearney, Nebraska. I typically go every year and rent a photo blind in Rowe Sanctuary, this year I’m doing it a bit differently and just traveling out there on my accord and seeing if I can get a decent shot that way.
These are from a trip a couple years ago down the Niobrara. Random and no edits.
Here’s my take on a Prairie Sunset, I’ve been so busy lately that only now that things have slowed down a little I’ve taken a deep breath (as much as one can who gets chronic sinusitis whenever the seasons change) and I feel human again. I’ve got so many things I want to do, but not enough time nor energy to do them. I’m re-doubling my efforts as of now.
